Grape Molasses 620 g

Grape molasses has been made in Anatolia for centuries in the kettles set up after the grape harvest: the juice of ripe grapes is simmered down without added sugar until it thickens. TürkDeli grape molasses is made in that traditional spirit.

Stirred together with tahini it becomes the most classic duo of the Turkish breakfast; its consistency and balanced sweetness stand in comfortably for sugar in desserts, cake and cookie batters, and milk drinks. At breakfast it is also loved spread over buttered bread.
