Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These terms apply to all purchase contracts concluded between TürkDeli (Çağatay Çubukcu, Lange Straße 74, 10243 Berlin, Germany, hereinafter "the seller") and consumers via this website or via WhatsApp.

2. Conclusion of contract

The products shown on the website are not a binding offer but an invitation to place an order. When you complete payment on the checkout page using the "Kartla Güvenli Öde" ("Pay securely by card") button or the PayPal button, you place a binding order; the contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and we accept the order. For orders sent via WhatsApp, the contract is concluded when our team confirms the order by message.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros (€) and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs depend on the order value and the delivery region and are shown clearly at checkout:

4. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

Credit / debit card: Payment takes place on Stripe's secure payment page with 3-D Secure verification. Your card details never reach our website and are not stored by us.
PayPal: Payment is made with your PayPal account through PayPal's secure infrastructure.
Method agreed via WhatsApp: Methods such as bank transfer are arranged with our team after the order.

5. Delivery

We deliver only to the countries listed in section 3. Products that must be kept chilled (cheese, butter, etc.) are shipped in special packaging with the cold chain maintained. Delivery times refer to business days; we will inform you of any exceptional delays.

6. Retention of title

Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the purchase price has been paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days; for details, the exceptions for food products and the model withdrawal form, see Right of withdrawal.

8. Statutory warranty for defects

The statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 et seq. BGB). If your goods arrive damaged, incomplete or spoiled, please report this as soon as possible after delivery, with a photo, to info@turkdeli.com or via WhatsApp; we will replace or refund them free of charge.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

10. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

11. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). For any questions, contact us at info@turkdeli.com.
