About Light Tahini 930 g
Tahini is a flowing paste of hulled, ground sesame; in Turkish cooking its territory stretches from breakfast to dessert. TürkDeli light tahini is made solely from selected sesame seeds, it contains nothing but sesame.
Stirred with grape molasses, it becomes the classic breakfast duo. Tahini is the main ingredient of halva and tahini cookies; it gives hummus and similar meze their body and salad dressings their depth. In some regions it is also spread on warm flatbread and eaten with sugar.
It ships in a large 930 g jar. Store at room temperature; the sesame oil that collects on top is perfectly normal, just stir before use. Shipping is free over 100 € within Germany and over 150 € elsewhere in Europe.
