About İsot (Urfa Pepper Flakes)
These chili flakes differ from ordinary pepper flakes through the dark color and smoky aroma that Urfa's sun-dried peppers develop in the traditional curing process. TürkDeli chili flakes are made by hand from real Urfa peppers. Their heat does not push forward, it arrives late and lingers on the palate.
