Antep Cheese 500 g

This frying cheese comes from the kitchen of Gaziantep. Thanks to its heat-resistant structure it does not melt apart in the pan or on the grill; the outside browns while the inside stays soft. It has a rich texture and a full milk aroma.

The favorite preparation is the simplest: slice it, brown both sides in a dry or lightly oiled pan, and serve hot. At breakfast it pairs with eggs; in the evening it takes its place on the table as a meze. It also goes well with grilled vegetables.
