About Mild & Hot Pepper Paste Set 1x1 kg

In the kitchen of Antep, pepper paste is not just an ingredient but the instrument of flavor balance: the mild paste provides color and body, the hot one the character. This set offers two pastes made from sun-dried Antep peppers in packs of 1 kg each. Both are thick in consistency.

In the recipes of the masters, the two pastes are used together: in kebab mixtures, spicy dips, and bulgur dishes, the heat is tuned by changing the ratio. They also form the base of everyday cooking, from soups to braises.

Store opened jars in the refrigerator and cover the surface with a thin layer of olive oil. With this set, your kitchen's paste supply is covered in one go; shipping is free over 100 € within Germany and over 150 € elsewhere in Europe.
