About Pomegranate Molasses
Pomegranate sour is the gift of the Hatay kitchen to the world: fresh pomegranate juice is simmered down, without added sugar, into a dark, glossy dressing. TürkDeli pomegranate sour is made by this traditional method.
It is written into the recipes of bulgur salad and the spicy chopped salads of southern Turkey; over green salads, stuffed vine leaves in olive oil, and charred vegetables, a few drops are enough. In meat marinades and lentil kofta, its sweet-tart balance completes the recipe.
It keeps at room temperature; refrigerating after opening extends its freshness. It ships quickly anywhere in Germany and to other European countries; shipping is free over 100 € within Germany and over 150 € elsewhere in Europe.
